Delete Your Bridge Account
We're sorry to see you go. Here's how to delete your account.
Option 1: Delete via App
RecommendedIf you have the Bridge app installed, follow these steps:
- 1Open Bridge app
- 2Go to Profile tab
- 3Tap Account Management
- 4Tap Delete Account
- 5Confirm deletion
Option 2: Request via Email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request account deletion by email:
Email: hybridge25@gmail.com
Subject: Account Deletion Request
Please include in your email:
- Your registered email address
- Reason for deletion (optional)
We will process your request within 7 business days.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
Profile information and photos
All matches and connections
Chat history
Preferences and settings
Points balance
Data We Retain
For legal and security purposes, we retain the following data:
